With an increasing focus and regulations coming in on data localisation globally, there is a massive opportunity for telecom service providers in developing countries to set up an in-country public cloud and offer cloud services to local enterprises and SMBs. In emerging markets, service providers are often aware of the market potential arising out of data localisation regulations but do not have a complete understanding of how to set up and run this business.
